Mission statement
The Friends of the Edgewater Free Public Library:

Foster relations between the Edgewater Free Public Library and the citizens of Edgewater & environs

Promote knowledge of the functions, resources, services, and needs of the library
- Support and cooperate with the library in developing library services and facilities in the community

Enable the Edgewater Free Publlic Library to enhance services, expand programs and add new dimensions that maximize the library's role and usefulness in the
community
Volunteers needed!
Volunteers are needed throughout the year to help with fund-raisers and events and to serve on the Board as officers.

Friends of the Edgewater Free public Library

is sponsoring a
WRITER'S GROUP
We are looking to establish a Writer's Group composed of aspiring writers of
fiction, non-fiction, short story, memoir...
The "Friends" will be starting a writing group which will meet every
other Monday starting in June.
Meetings will be held in the library from 6:30 PM TO 8 PM.
If you are interested, please leave your name with the library check-out desk with a telephone number and we will contact you to confirm our dates
and meeting space in the library.
